Widow Jane Ocho Tequila Cask Blend 3 Bourbon

Tequila cask finishes are becoming more common, but few begin with a bourbon this mature. Widow Jane's Ocho Tequila Cask Blend 3 starts with a blend of 10-year-old bourbons before spending eight months in barrels that previously held aged Tequila Ocho, marking the first time those coveted casks have been used for whiskey maturation. The result is a remarkably balanced pour, where subtle agave, herbal, and mineral notes complement rather than compete with the bourbon's rich oak, caramel, and spice.
